Welcome to Mytrip2india. By booking a holiday with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking

All bookings are subject to availability. Your reservation is confirmed only after full payment or a deposit, as specified at the time of booking.

2. Payment

We accept payment via Bank Transfer. A deposit of [10%] is required at the time of booking, with the balance due at the latest the day of arriving.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees are listed on the Cancellation Policy page.

4. Changes to Bookings

Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Liability

Mytrip2india acts as an intermediary between the customer and service providers. We are not liable for acts or omissions of airlines, hotels, or other service providers.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
